The worm in the gearbox is made of case-hardening alloy steel. Worms are generated on a thread milling machine and ground on a thread grinder to match with the worm wheel. The worm wheels are hobbled on precision hobbling machines with high accuracy hobs. The product is leakproof, dustproof and airtight quality.
The gear requires absolutely no attention, except to check the oil level periodically.
